Spring 2010, Confessions of a Mad Doodler
Into the Unknown
Mysteries thrive in abundance, flowing like water around us. Just as the sky is blanketed with illustrious stars and undiscovered life forms, we're encompassed by both visible and unseen mysteries.
Mysteries thrive in abundance, flowing like water around us. Just as the sky is blanketed with illustrious stars and undiscovered life forms, we're encompassed by both visible and unseen mysteries. We can choose to turn away from the sheer beauty of enigma, or to revel in its cryptic magnificence. For some, mystery may be viewed as a distraction, teasing the scope of commonsense into frustrated bewilderment. Yet, for all who walk the path less traveled, puzzlement serves only as a barrier-breaker to venture into the unknown, broadening our awareness of mystery's magnitude while in search of a more fulfilling understanding.
Mysteries are food for the hidden chambers in the creative mind. Take inspiration, for example. What is it, and where does it come from? Inspiration is defined as: "stimulation for the human mind to creative thought or to the making of art." This signifies that inspiration comes from within and around us, working together synergistically. As we activate our creativity by gathering information that energizes and enlivens us, we're tapping into sparks of mysteries that will likely reveal themselves spiritually at some point in our lives - when the time is right.
Dancing with mysteries will bring insight to the mind, awaken the spirit, and open the heart. Celebrate the unknown; indulge in its bewitching power to help expand your intuition. Remember too, that patie
nce is a necessity when it comes to mystery hunting. Without it, we're left flustered, lacking the fire that fuels us to continue frolicking through the remote pathways of the unexplained. Hold those mysteries close to your heart; for they move with an affirmative and constructive manner of working alongside you on your journey of life.
